Substance Abuse/Co-Dependency and Bullying Abuse Coach

Service Description

BILINGUAL COACH IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH. Dear friend, if you find yourself having difficulty setting boundaries, feeling a strong need for approval and validation from others, often prioritizing others and feeling exhausted, unappreciated, taking on too much, feel powerless and have difficulty standing up for yourself you are not alone. Many brothers and sisters have difficulty understanding why if they are being Christ-like and self-sacrificing they are not happy. I have spent the last 20 years of my life working with loving people who work long hours, are over achievers, in full-time service, who neglect themselves, go the extra mile in everything they do, yet enable others, feel unloved, misunderstood and underappreciated. Together we work in overcoming co-dependency by brain-storming unique and individualized coping skills. I can teach you how to implement these skills to stop such behaviors as: negative self-talk, self-sabotage, neglect, fear of abandonment, guilt, and shame. Week by week, we will use visualization, positive self-affirmations, guided imagery, journaling, vision boards and many other tools to get to the “true” YOU. The Bible says: The truth will set you free, and this is also true psychologically. I want to help you discover who you can be, what you can do, where you can go and what amazing things you can achieve, once you overcome co-dependency. I also work with victims of bullying and with persons who abuse substances who want to maintain their sobriety and learn to “live life on life’s terms”. There is no judgement here, just empathy. Together we will strive for progress, not perfection. Let’s chat.
