Hello, my name is James, and I am a certified Life Coach specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Techniques (CBT). I primarily work with men (and women) who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, negative self-talk, and a lack of confidence. Many of these challenges stem from deeply rooted thinking patterns—often shaped by past experiences, unmet needs, or difficult environments growing up. These patterns can lead to what we call “cognitive distortions,” which affect how we see ourselves, others, and the world around us. My approach is simple and practical: I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can openly talk through what you're facing, without pressure or criticism. From there, we work together to identify unhelpful thought patterns and replace them with healthier, more effective ways of thinking and responding. Using proven CBT strategies and an understanding of how the brain adapts (neuroplasticity), I help you create real, lasting change through clear, actionable steps.
