My journey to becoming a certified Nutrition coach and personal trainer started when I learned how to be successful through my own weight loss and fitness journey. Through my own journey, I realized how important the mental side is to a sustainable weight loss. It’s not just about losing weight, but about taking care of yourself on all levels – mind, body, and spirit. As a nutrition coach, I’m passionate about helping others on their own health journeys. I bring a unique perspective to coaching, having experienced the challenges and frustrations of weight loss first-hand. I was on the weight gain, weight loss rollercoaster and I found myself almost 300 pounds (136.08 kg) and not sure how to lose the weight and keep it off. Walking into a gym was also so intimidating, not only due to my size, but also by not having the knowledge or confidence as to what to do. I made it a goal to help others learn the keys to sustainable weight loss through a balanced diet, with no trendy diets or having to purchase special foods or drinks. As a certified personal trainer, I want to help you reach your fitness goals, but help you have the confidence in yourself. I believe that everyone has the potential to reach their fitness goals, and I’m committed to helping my clients achieve their health and wellness goals. As a certified personal trainer and nutritionist, I empower clients of all fitness levels to achieve their health goals and transform their lives. I focus not only on what a balanced diet entails, but we also tackle the mental side of why it's mentally challenging to lose weight. With a personalized approach to coaching, I provide guidance and support to help you reach your full potential.
