🗓 Scheduling Your Sessions
You can book sessions from 24 hours up to 50 days in advance. This gives you flexibility while ensuring availability.
 

🚫 Cancellations & No-Shows
Please honor the time reserved for you. Here's our cancellation fee structure:
💬 Free if cancelled 24+ hours in advance
🕒 $20 USD if cancelled within 24 hours
🚫 $35 USD for no-shows or cancellations less than 1 hour before

❗️ If you miss a session without cancelling, it will be marked as dismissed, non-refundable, and deducted from your original plan. Additional fees may apply.

🔁 Rescheduling & Cancelling
To make changes and manage your appointments, use the “My Bookings” section in your BroCounsel profile. Please provide at least 25 hours’ notice when possible.

🧾 Booking Info
Use the same name you registered with when booking—this helps us match you with your counsellor correctly.

📧 Session Access
You’ll receive an email with Zoom details after booking. Don’t forget to check Spam or Promotions folders if you don’t see it!

⏰ Session Punctuality
Sessions begin on time ⏳. We recommend joining a few minutes early so you can feel calm and ready.

🔒 Your Privacy & Safety
All sessions are confidential and private. To protect your well-being:
🤝 Keep communication within the BroCounsel platform. Please do not request or share personal contact info with your counsellor. 📩 For any questions or communication with your counsellor, use only hello@brocounsel.com. Write counsellor's name on email subject.

⏳ Package Expiration Policy

• Each package has a clear expiration date, 6 months from the purchased date, which is clearly visible in your profile and our pricing section.

• Unused appointments expire with the plan. No refunds are given.

• A one-time extension of up to 1 month may be granted by request, only for active, unexpired plans.

Our counsellors are here to listen, support, and guide—but your life decisions are your own. We walk beside you; we don’t direct your spiritual path.

Our sessions focus on emotional and mental well-being, not spiritual counsel. For spiritual guidance, we lovingly encourage you to rely on Jehovah’s arrangement through your local elders.
