Do you feel like the closer we get to “the end of this system of things”, the harder it gets to manage your emotions? Do you become anxious and suffer panic attacks? Do you sometimes feel overwhelming sadness despite life being “okay”? 😔 You are not broken. Many of Jehovah’s servants are feeling overwhelmed while coping with difficult circumstances. In this three-week small group (3 to 6), you will learn life skills to help you cope with feelings such as: stress, anxiety, and depression. 🧠💬 Group Breakdown: Week 1: Stress · Watch video on How Stress Affects Your Body 📺 · Identify your stress triggers 🔍 · Learn new stress management skills & identify which work best for you 🛠️ · Identify Cognitive Distortions & use “reframing” to reduce stress 🔄 Week 2: Anxiety · Discuss what causes panic attacks & how you can prevent them 💭 · Practice “Box” breathing exercises & CBT techniques to decrease anxiety symptoms 🧘‍♂️ · Learn to cope with anxiety using positive self-talk & practicing mindfulness 🕯️ Week 3: Depression · Discuss the difference between sadness & depression 🌫️ · Identify & manage physical symptoms of depression 🩺 · Learn healthy lifestyle changes to improve mood & overall well-being 🌱 · Review skills learned & group closure 🤝 As the world gets heavier, many of us are carrying quiet battles inside—anxiety, stress, deep sadness… even when things seem “okay” on the outside. But here's the truth: you’re not broken. 💙 You’re human. And you can learn to cope in healthier, healing ways. That’s why we’re inviting you to join our 3-week small group workshop (just 3–6 people), where you’ll gain practical skills to manage stress, anxiety, and depression—guided with understanding and care. 👉 Spots are limited— Book your workshop today. No pressure. No judgment. Just support, healing… and hope. 💙 ✅ PLEASE READ: In order for you to get the maximum benefits from the workshop, show common courtesy, ensure maximum group cohesion, foster a sense of trust and encourage participation; all participants are REQUIRED to turn on their cameras and keep them on for the entire duration of each session. ✅ Workbooks will be provided for each session.
