This therapeutic workshop is designed to help you understand codependency and learn how to reclaim your sense of self, rebuild healthy boundaries and strengthen your self-worth. 🗓️ Week 1: Understanding Codependency What is codependency? Why do people become codependent? How it develops and how it shows up in relationships The impact on self-identity and emotional healing 🗓️ Week 2: The Fawning Response & Boundary Setting What is Fawning? How to recognize and overcome fawning (people-pleasing) response Why boundaries feel difficult Practical Boundary - setting skills 🗓️ Week 3: Reclaiming Self-Worth & Building Confidence Rebuilding self-esteem & confidence Shifting from external validation to self-acceptance Creating a path forward toward healthier connections ✨ Limited to 6 participants only to allow for a safe, supportive and interactive experience. Spaces fill quickly-reserve your spot soon! ✅ PLEASE READ: In order for you to get the maximum benefits from the workshop, show common courtesy, ensure maximum group cohesion, foster a sense of trust and encourage participation; all participants are REQUIRED to turn on their cameras and keep them on for the entire duration of each session. ✅ Workbooks will be provided for each session. Please complete each section of the workbook and bring it to each session for review. Although the information in this workbook will not be shared with anyone, IT IS MANDATORY that you complete it and bring it to each session.
